Today, as I enjoy a day off with my boys, I’d like to:
* Remember the many who work, often invisibly, so that all of the rest of us can have food to eat
* Pray for those laborers throughout the world who work in harsh conditions or who are exploited by their employers  (particularly children)
* Remember and thank those — especially the late Cesar Chavez — who fought, often at great personal risk, Â for the dignity and rights of all workers
